Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests for items purchased from EleganceLoom within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
How to Initiate a Refund
- Email your refund request to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label (customer responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
